It’s noticing where we hold stress, where we feel at ease, and how our body responds to certain environments or choices. Often, our body knows before our mind does. When we learn to listen to its cues, we gain a deeper understanding of our needs. This awareness grounds us in the present moment. It helps us make more embodied, conscious decisions. When we live disconnected from our body, we miss out on its quiet wisdom. Reconnecting with our body is a return to wholeness.
